It is time to showcase your soccer skills and compete for a spot on our team for the upcoming 24-25 season? We are excited to announce that tryouts will be held in Alameda, CA 94501 on April 19th & 21st, 2024.

Our team is looking for dedicated and talented players who are passionate about the game and committed to working hard both on and off the field. Whether you are a striker, midfielder, defender, or goalkeeper, we want to see what you can bring to our team.

Tryouts will consist of various drills and scrimmages designed to evaluate your technical abilities, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and overall soccer IQ. Our coaching staff will be looking for players who demonstrate good sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude throughout the tryout process.

*Registration is for all players. No player will be permitted to participate in the tryout without completing this registration process.

  • Cost

    Tryouts are free of charge.

  • Registration, Team Fees & Uniforms

    Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration and cover the cost of coaches, fields, league fees, and player registration. Payments can be made by credit card or check, with two installment payment plans available. Financial aid is available for families in need.

    Team fees are separate from Club Fees and cover costs for tournaments, team events, coach travel expenses, etc. A deposit for team fees is due by July 1st, with the balance due at the Introductory Team Meeting scheduled in early August.

    Uniform requirements include training uniforms and game uniforms on a two-year cycle. Uniform sizing and ordering will take place at the beginning of the season. Replacement uniforms can be purchased at any time but are not included in club or team fees.

    PEFC Team Fee Structure

  • Registration for Tryouts

    Online registration for tryouts is now open and will remain available until the evening before the final session. All players must complete the registration form in order to be considered for team selection and receive communication regarding offers. Walk-up registrations will not be accepted.

  • Tryouts Sessions

    Player evaluations will take place during the scheduled tryout sessions.

    If your player is interested in joining our program but can't attend tryouts or interested in an off-cycle tryout, please email contact@proevolutionfc.com to get more information on an individual assessment with the PEFC team.

  • Invitation Process

    Invitations will be sent out in small groups for efficiency, with timing based on replies and elapsed time since previous invitations. Invitations may go out between 1 & 4 days after each session.

  • Team Selection

     Our staff is committed to notifying all players of their placement as promptly as possible. Our goal is to have the entire selection process completed within 7 days of the first tryout session.
